You must pay the entire amount upfront when you sign up and before the program begins. The detox booklet is included in the fee but other important program equipment/tools will need to be purchased separately. Everyone who signs up for the course will receive a class material list of what they need and where to find it if they do not own them already. These materials should not be too expensive or hard to find.

I have personally done this program and know that it is a life changing detox experience. It is really important to note that this program is a commitment to yourself, to the other group members, and to myself. Thus please only sign up if you are serious about following through and are interested in improving your life and trying something different.

MY CONNECTION TO THIS DETOX:

This detox is based on one of the original detox methods brought forth by Ann Wigmore, an amazing health pioneer from the 60s. Ann Wigmore’s knowledge and mission were rooted in her personal experiences as an unhealthy child in Lithuania where her grandmother, the village “healer,” used the gifts of nature as her “pharmacy.”

My grandmother was lucky enough to befriend Ann Wigmore when she was battling colon cancer. My grandmother extended her life by 10 years after religiously following Ann Wigmore’s methodology.

The detox method we will be following together as a group is based on Ann Wigmore’s original detox, with slight modifications to make it slightly more practical for the modern and active woman.

CAN I DO THIS WHILE OUT OF TOWN:
I do not recommend following this detox protocol while you are out of town unless you will have access to a kitchen and bathroom you can comfortably use. Although I do think this plan could be doable while traveling, it might be too much of a strain/pressure to follow while away.


I WORK CRAZY HOURS, WILL I ABLE TO FOLLOW THIS PLAN:
Yes, you can follow this plan while working crazy hours. However, a warning for all reissuance women, you will most like feel weak and hungry during the first week even though you will be consuming enough food. Detoxing takes a lot of energy, thus just be prepared to feel a little out of it at work for the first week. Fortunately, your energy will majorly boost during the second wee


I NEED HELP WITH MY ENERGY LEVELS, WILL THIS HELP:
Yes!!!!! Detoxing is great for picking up energy. As mentioned above, you may feel weak during the first week – but will start to see dramatic energy improvements during the 2nd week.


I AM WORRIED ABOUT FEELING SUPER LIMITED:
I hear you. Not being able to eat whatever you want whenever you want is not fun.
However, every change requires change.
If you want a serious health and body change, this protocol will provide you with the system to change. Yes it will restrict you. Yes there will be times when you want to just give up and eat a candy bar…. But, this plan will give you the results you are looking for. It will also make you feel physiologically invincible, since you will be able to experience how mentally strong you actually are, and demonstrate your control over your health and life experiences.


CAN I SEE A SHORT SAMPLE:
Of course! Below is a short sample of what a one food day could look like. The sample does not include some of the other detox principles that are mentioned above. All recipes will be shared in the detox booklet.

I do not advice participating in cardio during the detox, it will over exhaust your body and make it harder to detox. You may participate in long walks, easy hikes, light yoga, and lymphatic exercises which we will go over together in our meetings.


CAN I PREPARE FOODS IN A BULK:
I estimate that 50% of your meals can definitely be prepared in bulk.


DURING PAST DETOXES, I REMEMBER NOT FEELING TOO GREAT IN THE BEGINNING, IS THIS GOING TO BE LIKE THAT TOO:
YES! Generally when people detox successfully they can feel worse before they feel better. You may feel frustrated, uncomfortable, and weak as the body begins to expel trapped toxicity and negative emotions. The length of this discomfort varies from person to person. I tend to cry a lot during the second week of the detox, as I begin to eliminate trapped emotions…

 
CAN I INVITE A FRIEND TO JOIN ME:
Of course! The more people you know who will sign up and do it with you, the easier it will be for you. Even though the group itself is a great support system, knowing that a close friend is doing it with you will help you succeed even more so.

 
WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE FOR THE PROGRAM:
18+, younger woman can join under the condition that they will have to modify certain parts of the plan, which we will go over privately.

 
I AM NURSING, CAN I FOLLOW THIS PLAN:
NO! Following this plan while nursing will diminish milk supply. Nursing women can definitely detox, but using a different method, which I would be happy to go over in a private consultation.

Would love to do a men’s group, please spread the word to the men you know and I will surely run a group for them. However, for the sake of results and focus, best to separate men and women into different groups.


WILL THIS BE HARD:
The first week will be the hardest, and the plan itself will definitely be an adjustment. Fortunately you will learn principles that you will be able to use throughout your life time.


I DON’T DO JUICE FASTING:
It will not be 4 weeks of juice fasting – no need to worry there.
However, fasting is an important element in detoxing and forms of fasting will be included.

 
WILL I BE ABLE TO EAT REAL FOOD:
Yes!  


WILL I BE CUTTING DOWN ON CALORIES:
You will definitely be eating less than you normally would, however you get to control how much you eat from what you are allowed to eat.

This 4 week detox program will be a life changing event for all those interested in changing their health and their lives forever. The detox program will include 5 group meetings over the course of 5 weeks (the actual protocol is only 4 weeks long), a detox protocol, a detox booklet, nutrition classes, and support. Each meeting with be between 1.5 - 2 hours.


Session 1:
Detox booklets will be given out, which will contain the program and course information, tons of recipes, and the protocol itself. We will discuss how to implement the detox protocol, review every detail of what to expect over the course of the month, and begin to discuss the basics of detoxing and other nutritional principles.


You will also have to turn in a health screening questionnaire that you will have to fill out prior to the first meeting. Weight and measurements will be taken, as well as group and individual pictures. You will be added to a WhatsApp group so that you can communicate with your detox sisterhood throughout the week.

Session 2-4
Each session following will be 1.5-2 hour nutrition class & group discussion. The purpose of each session is to learn new nutritional principles, reshape our health mindset, discuss lifestyle changes and habits, as well as provide support to the 'detox sisterhood'. We will also track success in each group meeting.

Session 5
The last session will be a wrap up. We will summarize the basic principles that we experimented with throughout the course of the month. As well as discuss how we should lead our food lives after the detox program. Results, final after pictures, and stories will be collected.
